SUPERCUBE has received official confirmation of our liquor licence. We are now licenced to serve alcohol 7 days a week until 3am. We want to assure our neighbours that although we have a 3am licence, and although inside the venue our customers can make as much noise and have as much fun as they like, SUPERCUBE will always continue to be a discrete venue to the outside world, from which there will be no noise or public disorder. Also, while we encourage our customers to have as much fun as possible, we also want people to be safe by drinking responsibly and taking care of yourselves and your friends.

Report from the Evening News "THE Capital's first "dedicated" private room karaoke bar is hoping to hit the high notes with amateur crooners after launching this week.
The George Street venue, named Supercube, includes seven individual spaces for couples, hen parties and revellers to sing their favourite anthems to their hearts' content without being bashful about strangers booing them. And with a bank of 15,000 songs there will be no shortage of choice for the discerning karaoke fan. While city nightclub Electric Circus already provides a similar service Supercube chief Iain Irving, who spotted the entertainment's potential while working in the Far East, said his venue would be the first "dedicated" private karaoke bar in Edinburgh. "We have done karaoke in a lazy way here in Britain," said Mr Irving. "But separating the rooms changes the dynamic of karaoke. It makes it more fun and less scary because you are not forced to perform in a crowded bar."
