At SUPERCUBE, unlike many other UK-based venues, you do not need to put down the full amount in order to book. Instead with us you just need to put down a small deposit in order to confirm a booking. However, because of this policy deposits are 100% non-refundable in any and every case. This is simply because we promise, from the moment you make your booking, to turn away other customers in light of your booking.
However, if after you make a booking, something comes up and you want to rearrange the time, date or size of the booking, then we can do that free of charge provided it is done more than 72 hours before the original booking is due to take place and we have availability for the change. However, a change like this can only be made free of charge once.
In addition, we reserve the right to charge any group that does not show up for their booking the full room fees.
We also reserve the right to charge for any and all damages made to either the venue, our equipment or songbooks by any malicious or excessively careless behaviour.
We are a licensed venue and under licensing laws have a duty of care to our customers. As such we reserve the right to refuse entry to any individuals or groups who are excessively drunk.
In ALL cases we hope to not have to use these rights - we want you to come along and have a great time at a great price at SUPERCUBE. However, if we have to then we will make use of these rights.
